You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.

You will need experience of working on an IT Service Desk or in a Technical team and be able to communicate with our customers in person, by telephone, webchat email or digital assistant. A Service Desk/Customer Service oriented certificate such as ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner would be an advantage.

You should have a good level of general education and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

You should possess excellent customer service skills and have significant experience in a similar accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or reservations/membership environment.
