You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This service provides support for people with dementia and requires all types of care from nursing care, to residential and respite care To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**

You will be responsible for locating and assessing potential land opportunities to grow the free range production.
