You will be responsible for coordinating diagnostic assessments, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate clinical records, all while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for clients and clinicians. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in mental health and neurodevelopmental care.
You will work with both the depot and Hisense logistics team, and continually provide support throughout the day to our drivers, solving any issues that may arise. The Transport Administrator ensures the effective Planning of the daily operation.
You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage. Stage 2 - Additional Online Training (*up to 12 weeks)
You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients that range in size.
