You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.

You will ideally be working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, they are also open project Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step towards Senior level.

You will ideally have a sound understanding of NEC and JCT form of contract, again support will be given if you dont have experience of one of these.

You will work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure, with project values ranging from £1m to £50m.
