You will deliver PMO activities to support the development and achievement of the Trust's annual Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) for Adult Social Services.

You will be assigned a portfolio of Adult Social Services Projects , for which they will be responsible for developing, planning, tracking, monitoring and maintaining performance in line with trajectories.

You will be directly responsible for delivering specialist support and interventions to young people (aged 10-17) and their families, working across the area to drive change and raise awareness of CSE. Key Criteria Highlights: - Specialist Support: Providing direct, one-to-one, trauma-informed interventions to young people affected by CSE and sexual abuse.

You will engage in various responsibilities, from staff mentoring to collaboration with families and professionals. A flexible schedule is necessary, as services operate throughout the week. Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals reach their potential.
