You will ideally have experience of working in a Town Planning role with a residential developer and keen for a new challenge on more interesting projects, or a Planning Consultant that advises residential development clients, or a Planning Officer with a council, with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduation experience with a degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
You will monitor progress and provide information to the project and design management on both critical path and project milestones, and ensure that the project teams maintain and update the programme.
You will liaise with project teams to receive real time short look ahead programmes so that project progress can be monitored and planned.
