You will play key part of the engineering team working closely with the site operations team to drive the way forward on improvement projects.

You will be responsible for delivering projects from cradle to grave, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. --------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages and of varying complexity and value (£50k-£400k, occasionally up to £1M).
You will have direct responsibility of all site staff, ensuring they are motivated and able to complete the task at hand. As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contract and its duration, have a clear understanding of the client, project expectations and requirements and you’ll play a key role within their senior management team.
You will be responsible for: - Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, residents, and contractors. - Coordinating maintenance, repair works, and inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Preparing and managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial records are accurate.
You will manage client, all stakeholder engagement and manage the critical path.
You will have a network across the supply chain, clients & external consultants on Industrial Warehouses, Distribution & Retail.
You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects.
You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team
