Having expanded the business year on year they are now looking to add a project manager / supervisor to their installation projects team.
You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in commercial and project management functions including pricing, schedule preparation, and site coordination. This position would suit a degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer looking for progression and variety in a supportive, close-knit team where long-term development and flexibility are prioritised.
You will leading mechanical services delivery on Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects, manage subcontractors, engineers and site teams, oversee project timelines, budget control and procurement as well as building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will be passionate about engineering and will be conversant in a range of construction methods, practices and potential innovations within the complex groundworks, basements and structures sector. - Able to propose and evaluate alternative methods of construction
You will work working closely with Events, Food & Beverage, Photo, Retail and Marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
You will bring proven experience in securing high‑value partnerships and sponsorships, alongside the confidence to lead business development activity across a diverse organisation.
You will manage electrical subcontractors, programme, procurement, quality and safety, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget.
