You will need to be degree educated in an engineering discipline. As you will be working inter-departmentally, and liaising with a number of stakeholders, you be a natural communicator, engaging, professional and pro-active.

You will need to demonstrate practical use of problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Charts, 5 why?

You will take the lead on maintaining digital tools (Jira/Confluence) and developing Tableau dashboards to track KPIs, resource use, and timelines. Proactively manage risk/opportunity registers and administer change control workflows to ensure project integrity.

You should be comfortable with coding languages used for reporting and dashboarding.

You will ensure every event is delivered with confidence, consistency, and professionalism. Taking charge and owning the outcome, you will drive each event to success. This role calls for a proactive leader who thrives on decision‐making and delivering results – coordination alone is not enough.

You will perform quality control on models and resulting deliverables, lead the spatial coordination and clash detection process and enhance the integration of the different parties involved in the project. This is an exciting opportunity to explore additional uses of new technologies, tools and software in the construction industry.

You will ensure the business is invited to quote as many relevant projects as possible, using a combination of market intelligence platforms, outbound engagement, and long-term relationship building. The role involves a balance of telephone-based activity, face-to-face meetings, site visits, and ongoing contractor engagement.
