You will be initially working closely with the pre-construction team to take management of the project through from tender and award stage, leading the site delivery teams throughout the project to oversee it to completion. The successful candidate will have an active role in the management of the planning and design on the project on an ongoing basis.
You will need to work with stakeholders to produce cost estimates, tender documentation and overcome engineering challenges whilst ensuring all areas are compliant, delivered on time and within budget.

You will proactively analyse systems, processes, and data sets to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, data management, and reporting.
