You will be part of a multi-disciplined team of Engineers covering a 24hr operation, providing support to the site teams to ensure compliance with company legislative requirements, educating, developing, and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement.

You will have ideally a minimum of an HNC in a Mechanical Engineering or Construction discipline and possess well developed communication and planning skills. You'll also have an enthusiastic and positive outlook, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within multi discipline teams.
You will take ownership of customer projects from order through to installation, turning client requirements into engineered door solutions that can be manufactured, installed and signed off first time.
You will review customer specifications, drawings and contract documents and highlight any technical or scope issues.
You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships. Highly competent in IT, especially Word and Excel, and ideally familiar with the Government's retrofit programmes.
You will be IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft software and IT platforms with the ability to communicate effectively and build effective working relationships with company Suppliers.
You will also have the opportunity to become multi-skilled within the department, to assist with holiday and absence cover in the Purchasing, Planning and Despatch departments.
