You will primarily focus on private client tax matters such as personal tax, CGT, IHT, Stamp Duty Land Tax and trusts.
You will work among a small but successful and experienced tax team.
You will work closely with the partners supporting them with advisory and project work while overseeing the work of junior staff members and supporting them with compliance work.
You will ensure systems are in place to monitor and evaluate performance against service objectives and monitor compliance with CQC standards.
You will prepare and annually update service development plans, keep abreast of current affairs to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop effective communication both within services and with relevant outside agencies.
You will have a good level of autonomy and we’ll be interested in your ideas and suggestions.
You will be involved in managing a motivated staff team, organising events and activities, helping customers, making plans for the centre and contributing to genuinely improving peoples’ lives through leisure.
You will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, organising activities and events for Owners and much more! This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.
You will work closely with new builds projects team, as well as other support services to introduce the home into the wider community and welcome each of our new residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding care home and successfully drive it through its first inspection.
You will share the CARE values of the trust and work within a close-knit group of people who bring the feeling of community to the team through their hard work and dedication to the people of the area. The role will be to provide advanced clinical nursing support for patients with complex long-term conditions, assessing and implementing treatments of care.
You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
