You will drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure ERP/CRM systems support business needs effectively. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with teams across departments and regions, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
You must be familiar with all the aspects of the product lifecycle, from development to mass production. In this role you will be responsible for actively driving and managing early engagement, the technology proposal and evaluation stage.
You will be the key technical advisor and system advocate working in conjunction with the engineering and account teams for a wide range of power applications.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of MEP works, from design coordination and technical tender assessments to subcontractor management and project execution.
You will lead technical teams, manage daily activities across contractors and vendors, and ensure full compliance with project delivery standards across mission critical projects.
You will ensure that all application changes are delivered efficiently, securely, and in line with business objectives—owning change management, delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
You will report to the Group Head of IT Applications and work closely with teams across Business Applications, IT Project Management, Security, Engineering, Support, and third-party vendors.
You will play a key role in analysing and improving business processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring ERP and CRM systems meet operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for change management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
You will be communicating at all levels, so ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential. - The successful candidate must be computer literate and have an understanding of computer systems. - Should possess a third level qualification, preferably to Degree level.
You will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, problem solve and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you will be extremely well organised, flexible, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and willing to take on new responsibilities.
You will demonstrate excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
