You will take full responsibility for the operational, technical, and commercial performance of mechanical projects, ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
You will work closely with the Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to budget, quality and time scales.
You will be working closely with the clients, design team and managing the programme with a Site Team reporting into you.
