You will hold mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience and will hold a level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent). You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest technical standards. Key Responsibilities - Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high technical standard. - Lead design tasks and provide expert advice on complex mechanical engineering challenges.
You will be comfortable liaising at all levels and happy to attend site meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years' relevant experience and be seeking a role where you will be given the opportunity to progress your career.
You will be qualified to HNC level or higher in an Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering discipline, however proven industry experience backed up by a recognised engineering apprenticeship will be considered.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track record of accomplishing your objectives, working proactively, and managing your own time effectively.
You will need to have completed a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or have a higher education qualification (such as a ONC, HNC, HND or degree) in a related subject.
You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and other departments and to maintain a high standard of record keeping as required by our stringent quality systems.
