You will be responsible for reporting on the status of assigned projects and providing regular updates to the end customer and project lead. Key responsibilities - Support delivery of assigned engineering projects and work packages. - Assist in project planning activities, including schedules, task tracking, and documentation.
You will be responsible for purchasing activities across multiple programmes managing costs and sourcing risk to ensure programmes are delivered on-time, to budget and with a sustainable high quality supplier base. Responsible for managing material procurement information (MPI) with precision and efficiency, and ultimately ensuring supplier performance aligns with programme requirements.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of digital processes to enhance the engineering design process and will work closely with technical experts in this field and have a potential to develop into the regional point of contact for Surface Water Management and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), providing technical expertise and liaising with key clients across the field.
You will have a couple of years’ experience in drainage design to help hit the ground running, follwoing on from your degree in civil engineering.
You will be involved with designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure for water and wastewater management, ensuring safe flow and preventing issues like flooding.
