You will also be working with external clients, co ordinating building regulations and accessing risks attached to land purchases. As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project.

You will be experienced in pre-construction, programming, and planning of projects prior to being on site.

You will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, contractually robustly, and in the most commercially advantageous way for the organisation.

You will also contribute to contractor performance management and play an active role in ensuring best value across programmes.
