You will be jointly responsible for line management and on-the-job training for both Teams.
You will have counselling manager and direct line management responsibility for two managers.
You will work in line with and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for driving specification and conversion on a project-by-project basis across technically complex developments, working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end user clients. The role is predominantly field based within the region, with significant time spent engaging the A&D community, consultant practices, and end user stakeholders.
