You will be on call one weeknight per week and 1 in 4 weekends. While on call you will be backed up by two other experienced vets who will screen the calls and support you as needed.
You will have fortnightly scanning practice on one of our larger dairies (with experienced vet supervision and coaching).
You will have responsibility for carrying out diagnostic investigations as well as collating and interpreting results for clients.
You will gain confidence in farm assurance visits, production and economic discussions, as well as disease investigations and epidemiology.
You will be supported in your development via a structured new graduate programme provided by our team of experienced vets.
