You will lead on developing, contracting and managing the delivery of one assigned programme.

You will also manage the performance of a matrix team, developing their capability to ensure the programme reaches its milestones, with all risk and dependencies well-managed.

You will be adept at coordinating, monitoring and steering individual projects to ensure alignment with programme objectives.

You will be required to carry out on-going testing and inspection in a fully equipped company van with clearly laid out day-to-day structure.

You will work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team.
