You will report, via the Deputy Chief Executive, on progress with regard to the transaction to the joint Executive Team and Trust Board.

You will steer our organisations from ‘Strategic Case’ stage, all the way through to Full Business Case and will lead the development of the Post-Transaction Integration Plan (PTIP).

You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!

You will be someone with: ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent. Educated up to degree level or CTS. Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site. Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.

You will play a key safeguarding role, working collaboratively within professional networks to monitor children's well-being and placement stability. There may also be opportunities to contribute to carer assessments, attend panels, and assist with wider agency development as placements increase.
