Programme Manager jobs in Brentford

You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing clear assurance on compliance performance and driving continuous improvement across planned programmes, contract management, contractor performance, and data integrity.

You will act as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO, shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and building a finance function that delivers insight, rigour and commercial impact.

You will have autonomy to develop systems, processes and people, including leadership of an offshore finance team, ensuring the function evolves from transactional delivery to value-adding business partnering.

You will need to be very customer focused and sales/KPI driven. Our Area Managers are responsible for supporting staff in their day-to-day roles and progression, maximising sales and profit targets, helping customers with anything they may need, and ensuring all legal and company procedures are in place.
