You will need an eye for detail. There are a lot of moving parts in a regulated environment and youll be the one keeping them aligned. What are we looking for? Ideally, someone with experience around volume hiring and admin-heavy coordination, but this could take many forms;

You will be an experienced Technical Coordinator working within the residential development industry, or a Design Coordinator working for a new build contractor that builds large residential projects for clients such as housing associations.

You will have an architectural or civil engineering background, and have experience of working on a range of new build residential projects.
