You will be customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that every initiative delivers ROI, achieves strategic KPIs, and supports long-term business goals.
You will be accountable for ensuring that every programme has a clear benefits case, measurable performance indicators, and a roadmap to value realisation.
You will eventually coordinate your assigned projects, focusing on planning and ensuring everything runs smoothly to help improve project outcomes and support company profits.
You will gain hands-on classroom experience, work closely with experienced teachers, and develop a strong understanding of teaching, behaviour management, and the day-to-day life of a school.
You will be responsible for responsible for coordinating technical activity, planning workshop schedules, managing workshop administration, and ensuring that vehicles are prioritised and processed efficiently to meet customer and contractual KPIs:About the Role:Provide comprehensive support to the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the workshop.
You will be reporting to the manager, assisting with their workload, and arranging contracts for hire
You will liaise with all departments, gathering data and producing reports for various meetings.
You will be controlling all aspects of admin for the sales process, ensuring improvements are made.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be trained to carry out all aspects of the role including managing different situations during times of disruption, ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out appropriate safety duties, and assisting with customer service. You’ll receive training to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help ensure our services run smoothly and safely.
