You must pass all required training in order to carry out this role. If an individual is assessed as ‘Not Ready’ on attendance to a training event, management discretion will be used as to whether a second attempt can be made. If an individual is deemed ‘Not Ready’ on a second occasion, your suitability for the role will be formally reviewed and may result in contract termination.

You will be responsible for delivering operational onboarding, induction, and skills training, as well as refresher and multi-skilling programs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and meet the needs of the individuals we support Lead CPI, EFAW, and Moving & Handling training across regions

You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team.

You will contribute to the delivery of various full-time programmes which are developed in partnership with renowned institutions such as Canterbury Christ Church University, Bath Spa University, St Mary's University Twickenham London, and others. Main duties and responsibilities

You will undertake remedial engineering works to industrial laundry equipment on site as instructed by the Engineering Manager.

You will maintain excellent communication between Production staff and co-workers and ensure all handover of ongoing activities is carried out every day, and sharing all other information and practices as required.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area.

You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.
