You will play a key role in: - Supporting services during periods of transition or heightened scrutiny - Leading and monitoring improvement plans - Strengthening compliance, governance and clinical quality - Conducting site visits, audits and walk rounds - Coaching and developing Home Managers and senior teams
You will have a flexible, proactive and an energetic “hands on” approach to work as the job can be physically demanding.
You will also have the ability to anticipate problems and consider a solution and the ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with colleagues on both a formal and informal level.
You will have dedicated off-rota time to complete management and administrative tasks, in addition to working as part of the staff team when required.
