You will support the Assistant Director and will deputise for them and will have the autonomy to make strategic and operational decisions.

You will likely hold a CIH Level 5 qualification or be working towards it.

You will work closely with operational teams, providing challenge, coaching, and technical guidance to support the development of engineers, improve job-right-first-time performance, and uphold CCSs Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities:

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, holding overall responsibility for the day to day running of the nursery, and management of safeguarding policies.

You will work in partnership with support office teams to recruit, nurture, and continuously develop high performing colleagues, as well as identify and implement commercial plans and strategies to deliver FTE growth.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
