You will be client and results focused, understand the key inputs for your contract and ensure commitments are delivered with the right quality and in a timely fashion and without compromise Main Duties & Responsibilities Appropriate contract level oversight of the activities of business or technical support or operations.

You will support, manage, mentor and develop your team as they typically look after design management on 1-3 projects each.

You will ensure a culture of continuous improvement through communication, sharing of knowledge, experience, challenges and their resolution.

You will be able to support and step in where necessary, plus empower and encourage, build mutual trust and respect with your team.

You will join a team that nurtures a positive and collaborative culture, and have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas from major defence programmes, to internal research and development studies, to hands-on laboratory experience.
