You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will be required to travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events (including evening events) as part of this role throughout the year.

You will make an impact by: Leading on work experience and internship administration relating to attraction and job adverts, recruitment processes, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.

You will also be entitled to 8 Bank Holidays, 2 additional statutory Bank Holidays, and have the option to buy additional leave each year.

You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. In certain circumstances consideration may be given to applicants who, as a consequence of a disability, are unable to drive.
