You will work closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders to define program objectives, manage governance, and oversee execution across multiple projects and vendors.
You will be part of the Employee Experience & HR team, which has a collaborative culture.
You will use a specialist approach to liaise with clients regarding the tailor-made solutions you can provide them with.
You will be responsible for leading a team of seven staff who cover real economy, sustainable finance and nature policy projects at the UK, EU and global level.
You will also regularly collaborate with our partner organisations in this space, including other investor membership organisations.
You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight. Key Responsibilities
