You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.

You will support students in their day-to-day learning across a variety of environments including the classroom, outdoor learning spaces and community settings. The role includes working with young people with PMLD, autism, complex medical needs and other associated conditions.

You will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.

You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.

You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in procurement activities from the very start, allowing you to develop your expertise on a project of significant scale and complexity.

You will be based at our offices in Hertford, with the option for home working up to 50% of working hours. We are looking for someone who will work alongside other planning professionals in delivering and maintaining high-quality environments within the district’s towns and countryside.

You will manage a team of Parks Officers, act as deputy to the Parks & Amenities Manager, and lead on contract procurement, service improvements and the development of policies.

You will have an HND or degree (or be working towards) in Landscape Management or Horticulture, with significant experience in a similar role and in managing a team.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
