You must have previous experience working in support or care preferably with a NVQ in Health & Social Care and if you have previously led shifts that would be fantastic!
You will be working in a supported living setting working with a team of support workers to enrich the lives of thee people supported, you will be organising and overseeing the team, supporting the manager and on call team.

You must be able to commit to the full 10‐week training programme. The training course consists of a full corporate induction week, 5 weeks of clinical training which includes basic life support skills, moving and handling and assisting the Clinical Practitioners and a 4‐week driver training course including Blue Light conditions.
You must be vigilant of all activity on the station and take action in the event of any unsafe behaviours or conditions observed. You are responsible for the safe and efficient dispatch of train services and managing the platform environment. A key member of the team, you will be involved in all aspects of the station and supporting colleagues in their roles.
You will work closely with the site team to assist with the coordination of contractors and sub-contractors, as well as managing the induction of all operatives and visitors. Your responsibilities will include the organisation of daily site operations across both construction and general site management.
