You will conduct routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical faults, and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimise downtime and optimise performance. You will be responsible for planning your daily workload and driving to farms to process Farm Saved Seed. An important part of your role will be continuously checking product quality, taking samples and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for maintaining mobile and site machinery while ensuring it is clean and tidy and that Health & Safety processes are always adhered to.

You will be focusing on supporting the team in enabling works phase of the overhead lines sites prior to tower assembly and erection.

You will be contributing to the increased network capacity required to deliver the UK government's pathway to 2030 and the transition to net zero.

You will be a competent driver with at least 2 years commercial driving experience. A good geographical knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. Your customer focused experience and expertise will underpin your ability to deliver this role fully. Good physical health is required as this can be a physically demanding role at times.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams from concept through to production, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

You should have a passion for food product development and innovation, with the ability to creatively solve problems and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
