You will be responsible for undertaking a technical role on projects within our energy business; typically, our projects are associated with the generation, storage, transmission, and distribution of energy in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

You will have administrative responsibility for ensuring that complaint correspondence is retained on the CRM casework system.
You will also deal with enquiries received from solicitors and other parties.

You will act as a vital liaison between multiple functional teams, ensuring effective and timely information dissemination. Success requires exceptional multitasking capabilities, proven organizational mastery, and a high degree of proficiency in standard office productivity suites to handle diverse administrative demands.
