You will be joining a team working at the crossroads of the drug discovery activities of the CCDD, where scientific excellence and team science are core values. This position will also offer training in new techniques and support will be available for attending training courses and appropriate academic meetings.

You will carry out Mental Health Act assessments, safeguard individuals' rights, and work collaboratively with service users, families and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, effective and person‑centred outcomes. Your core responsibilities will include:Conducting Mental Health Act assessments and ensuring lawful, ethical decision‑making.

You will receive full training on our systems, however a basic understanding will give you a great start. You will act as a key advisor to clients, supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities to add value.

You will be supported in your role with line management and leadership training as well as CPD access via Tolley's, Croner-i, Mercia and LinkedIn Learning as required.

You will be confident in using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence.

You will enjoy identifying new opportunities in store to increase brand presence and optimise sales.

You will be responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
