You will need commercial insurance knowledge from a broking environment and enjoy the challenge of being part of a central team.
You will be responsible for managing tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and charities, while advising clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax.
You will work closely with the probate team on estate tax returns and have the opportunity to handle complex, high-net-worth client matters, including those with international assets and intricate business interests.
You will manage a varied caseload of civil disputes, focusing on contentious probate and property litigation.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with at least 3 years' PQE and experience handling contentious probate and property matters.
You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, organising activities and events for Owners and much more! This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.
