You will work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure robust quality systems, effective corrective actions, and full compliance with AS9100 and regulatory standards. In this role, you will support and monitor Quality Assurance systems, act as the main point of contact for quality matters, and assist with internal and external audits.

You will be building bespoke HVAC and BMS control panels. HVAC/BMS knowledge is not required for this role, but you must have significant experience of wiring control panels from engineering drawings in a production environment. The company have a friendly team, based at their Workshop in Dorset.

You will: Drive continuous improvement methods and philosophies to achieve the quality vision and strategy of ASMPT. Prepare performance reports, manage documentation, and ensure procedural changes are maintained. Chair, document and minute monthly quality meetings involving all key stakeholders.
