You will work closely with Operations, Design, and Site Teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate setting out and level control across multiple residential sites Work in line with the Programme of Works (POW) to support programme delivery

You will take a proactive approach towards the maintenance and repair of all on site facilities.

You will initiate root cause analysis investigations, implementing corrective actions and improvement plans. - Work on equipment such as pumps, CHP, boilers, Water systems and general facilities

You will maintain robust records of all assets and performance.

You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of Commercial boilers in and around the South West of England. This role would suit an aspiring Gas Engineer looking to kickstart their career as part of an expanding business in a role where they will be heavily invested in to upskill and develop technically and become an expert in the industry.

You will work closely with Operations, Design, and Site Teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will manage changes that enhance manufacturing quality and drive quality in line with our values and enabling strategic success.
