You will be the organisation's trusted expert on corporate governance, advising directors and senior management while ensuring the highest standards of statutory compliance. Working closely with Group Directors, you'll lead the coordination of board meetings, AGMs, governance papers, while maintaining statutory books and staying ahead of evolving regulations, including company law and GDPR.
You will support the establishment and operation of best-practice controls, ensuring accurate forecasting, transparent reporting, and effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, delivery teams, commercial leads, and supply chain partners to provide insight, challenge, and drive performance improvement.
You will drive the brand’s market share within the Mexican and World Foods category, ensuring the business remains competitive, profitable, and ambitious in its growth targets.
