Production Associate jobs in Enfield

You will be required to interface with internal customers and the supply chain team to ensure excellent customer service.

You will also work with the Site Manager to deliver a continuous improvement culture and deliver a suitable S&OP/IBP strategy designed to meet Internal stakeholder & customer needs.

You will be eligible for either a bonus or commission, paid on a quarterly basis. We believe employees affect customers, sales and revenue — directly or indirectly – and should be rewarded by sharing the company profits.

You will be remotely based but expected to attend meetings in the office once a month in your local depot.

You will be targeted on KPIs and monthly invoice revenue which is staggered during the training period.

You must be new business driven with a genuine need to earn

You will be outgoing, energetic, positive, engaging, and love being in front of customers
