You will own the full product lifecycle—from insight and ideation through launch, growth, and end‐of‐life—ensuring every decision is grounded in customer needs, commercial opportunity, and technical feasibility.

You will be expected to engage in a variety of TLS related engineering tasks in support of the core Through Life Engineering Solutions (TLES) Business Unit: including TLS Management Planning, Supportability Analysis activities, various Modelling and Simulation activities (LORA, FMECA, MTAs etc), Maintenance Engineering, Reliability & Maintainability, and Spares Provisioning / Inventory Management.

You will be working closely with the development teams to bring innovative ideas to life, facilitating testing in line with the design verification plan and verification of the end product with company and industry standards.

You will help to develop capabilities and processes to test and verify the robustness of our products in line with industry best practice.

You will bridge operations and development, championing improvements that deliver business value and enhance end-user experience across systems such as ConnexOne and Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will maximise the value of key digital products and platforms within Aerial Direct's transformation roadmap.
