You will be working as part of the Springtown Manufacturing team.

You will be responsible for operating a variety of machines in a 24/7 production environment within our wafer fabrication facility, producing recording heads for data storage products.

You will act as a vital liaison between multiple functional teams, ensuring effective and timely information dissemination. Success requires exceptional multitasking capabilities, proven organizational mastery, and a high degree of proficiency in standard office productivity suites to handle diverse administrative demands.

You will support our system administrators with the configuration of user data and course setup as well offering advice on "how to" across our products.

You will also assist our learners in accessing/navigating our platforms whilst helping them to participate in relevant learning.

You will be responsible for the performance of these complex and specialized manufacturing systems, liaising with OEM engineers from worldwide suppliers and internal engineers and technicians from other functional groups. A blend of hands‐on troubleshooting and data analysis will keep you challenged every day.

You will be working as part of the Process Engineering team you will support day-to-day operations to ensure efficient movement of product and minimal scrap.

You must be able to communicate with customers, peers, and management concerning the status of tickets, problems, or suggestions. • You can demonstrate experience in creating and executing innovative solutions to solve complex technical support problems.

You will currently be studying a bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/Software Engineering related degree programme.
