You will be part of a collaborative support team and report directly to the Support Team Leader.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. This role is based in our Birmingham office with hybrid working arrangements.
You will join a busy implementation team and help support users, across various locations in Europe, with post go live needs. Those that have supported Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level would be ideal for this role.
