You will work closely with teammates and stakeholders in the wider organization.

This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in ensuring every product that leaves our site meets both customer specifications and industry regulations.

You will be required to work in a clean and tidy manor ensuring you protect the environment and avoid pollution. - The operator is required to look after all equipment keeping it in a clean and undamaged state all damage to equipment must be reported.

You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to lead by example, motivate and mange a small team.

You will be asked to complete the relevant DBS check to be successfully appointed to the role.

You will be working in slaughtering performing precision functions involving the preparation of meat. Work may include specialized slaughtering tasks, cutting standard or premium cuts of meat for marketing.

You will be starting at 06:30 and finishing when production finishes, this will be Monday to Friday.
