You will play a key role in both quality assurance and hands-on test engineering activities, acting as the primary engineer for related enquiries and contracts. While prior experience in testing is beneficial, full training will be provided for candidates with a strong interest in developing these skills.

You will manage daily briefings, coordinate resource allocation, support recruitment and training, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will have proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a manufacturing, fabrication, coating or blasting environment.
