You will have full autonomy and support from our Executive and Senior Leadership team in order to make the decisions you need to make to run an outstanding home.
You will need to hold a minimum of a level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care and either already hold your level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or be willing to undertake this with our support.
You will be required to work as part of a team and carry out various functions within the production process, with your primary area being the operation of the second blending plant.
You will receive sales and marketing forecasts and be responsible for converting these forecasts into an achievable production schedule that meets both customer orders and manufacturing capabilities, whilst working with relevant departments to minimise obsolesce and reduce work in progress (WIP), achieving the departments key performance indicators (KPIs).
