You will address and resolve employee concerns, ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, and contribute to the development and implementation of the employment relations advisory service. The role will deliver the provision of a comprehensive ER advice and support service to managers within designated regions and supporting other regions as required.
You will also lead our professional channel distributor, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy. While there are no direct reports in this role, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to deliver seamless execution across channels.
You must be on the Nursing and Midwifery council register and hold a current PIN to apply for this role.
You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
