You will develop estimation strategies and oversee the execution of estimations, focusing on key areas such as the NVH, driving performance, power performance, smart cockpit, and autonomous driving, among other areas. Your insights will play a crucial role in supporting Full-Vehicle HW/SW Functional Integration & Performance Enhancement.
You will lead and grow a team of high-performing research scientists who are advancing the future of AI at scale. You will work on a range of different projects, for national, regional and local public sector clients, including process and impact evaluations, evaluation plans and evaluation scoping studies. Your skillset will include quantitative and qualitative research techniques, as well as familiarity with a range of evaluation techniques such theory-based methods and counterfactual design.
You will need strong prioritisation skills to identify what activities can add the most value and impact, and an ability to upskill others (analysts and non-analysts) and build capability to support the delivery of key pieces of work.
