You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to the design, assembly, and testing processes of production hardware. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, performance management and technical development within the team. Collaboration within the organisation and specifically with the other Value Stream Team Leaders to drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people initiatives is essential.

You will lead product and process changes, analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure processes remain capable, controlled, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
