You will have improved margins and lead sizeable teams in wholesale or trade-supply environments (building materials / technical products etc.). A key priority will be developing and executing a structured sales strategy to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and stronger customer relationships.

You will oversee all aspects of the production process, including baking, decorating, wrapping, and dispatch, ensuring targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity (SQDP) are consistently met.

You will play a key role in motivating your team and ensuring high standards are upheld across all areas.

You will also provide relief cover for the Operations Manager and Operations Team Leads when required.

You will be an instrumental part of our team with targets including the number of customer contacts made, leads obtained, quotations provided, sales generated as well as quality levels in relation to compliance and customer service. Duties & Responsibilities: - Expand the client base by proactively sourcing new business opportunities across a wide variety of Commercial products.

You will play a key role in driving growth, engaging directly with the market to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

You will also be a key link between marketing campaigns and on the ground sales activity, ensuring our message reaches the right people in the right way.

You will be based in store and report to the store manager.

You will work on the shop floor and spend your time building great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs to find the right product or service for them.

You will need to be proactive in identifying and resolving any logistical issues that may arise, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position allows for hybrid working ** Key responsibilities:
